Just a snapshot of what foods I use to fuel my body everyday. This is breakfast through dinner.
From left to right: Rice Milk, Steel-cut oats, portabello mushrooms, hemp protein, baby spinach, raw sunflower seeds, raw almonds, larabar, tilapia, lemon, olive oil, Tropical-Strawberry Shakeology (Vegan), organic raisins, and baby carrots. Other items not in this photo, frozen blueberries, chicken breast, peas, salt-free seasoning (different blends), various fruits and vegetables.
Notice how little meat is in my meal plan.

This is a really good article and has some very good sources of foods which fight fatigue. There are some slight changes I’d make to this list for instance, I choose steel cut oats over oatmeal and I always have a bowl of steel cuts every morning. Instead of yogurt I choose Shakeology Tropical Strawberry which is a diet supplement packed with protein, probiotics, vitamins, macro and micro-nutrients and much more compared to yogurt and in my opinion is 100 times healthier. The rest of the foods on the list I would keep, like spinach which I eat at least once a day as a salad for lunch, nuts and seeds (raw), and beans! Of course if you’re just starting out the foods on this list is a great step to improving your health and giving you the energy throughout your day.
